Payment Options

This page explains the payment methods available when purchasing from Kemvirox™ and provides general information about payment authorization, billing, and checkout processing.

Transaction Currency

All prices, shipping charges, discounts, and order totals are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may convert the transaction and apply an exchange rate or additional fee. Kemvirox does not determine currency-conversion rates or foreign transaction charges.

Paying with PayPal

Select PayPal during checkout to continue to PayPal’s payment page.

Depending on the options available in your location, you may be able to complete payment by:

  • Signing in to an existing PayPal account

  • Using an eligible debit or credit card through PayPal

  • Selecting PayPal’s guest checkout option without opening an account

The payment process is completed through PayPal. After authorization, you will return to our store to view your order confirmation.

Questions concerning a PayPal login, funding source, authorization, or account restriction should be directed to PayPal.

Paying with a Credit or Debit Card

Kemvirox accepts eligible credit and debit cards through the payment options displayed at checkout.

Card availability may differ according to your country, billing location, device, or payment provider. If a card type is not shown during checkout, it is not currently available for that transaction.

When paying by card, confirm that the following information matches the records held by your card issuer:

  • Cardholder name

  • Card number

  • Expiration date

  • Card verification code

  • Billing address and postal code

Incorrect or incomplete billing information may result in a declined or unsuccessful payment attempt.

How Card Information Is Handled

Kemvirox does not directly collect or store complete credit or debit card details on its own systems.

Card information is submitted to the payment processor used during checkout. The processor handles payment authorization and transaction processing according to its own technical and operational requirements.

Checkout data is transmitted using encryption provided by the commerce platform and the applicable payment processor.

Payment Authorization

Submitting an order does not guarantee that payment will be approved. A transaction may be declined or delayed for reasons including:

  • Insufficient available funds

  • Incorrect card or billing information

  • Restrictions placed by the card issuer

  • International or online purchasing limitations

  • Additional verification requirements

  • A temporary payment-provider interruption

If your payment is declined, contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for more information. For customer privacy, financial institutions may not share specific decline details with Kemvirox.

Pending Charges

A bank or card statement may occasionally show a pending authorization after an unsuccessful or interrupted checkout attempt.

A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. Release times are determined by the bank or payment provider and may vary. Contact the relevant financial institution if a pending entry remains on your account longer than expected.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered successfully submitted after the checkout process is completed and an order confirmation page is displayed.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered during checkout. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer care.

Please include your order number, the email address used during checkout, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send complete card numbers, card verification codes, account passwords, or other sensitive financial information by email.
